Day 12, Tuesday

Forest Vair’s visit is the cult path decision. Lesser Merrydock kills him and keeps the cult endings open; Embersoul helps him.

Locations to visit:

  • L7 (overnight card): two new plants
  • L13, source of the Duddon tributary: a new plant
  • K8 (Foxfield Trident note): a new plant
  • P26, Milton Forbes’ shop in Arnside: recipes for the Elixir of the Damned and St. Quentin’s Elixir

Starting Card

Hints:

  • The row is the first letter of the Latin name of the plant called Goldenlight.
  • The column is the number of petals on a lucky Caballia. A normal one has six.

Goldenlight’s Latin name starts with L, and a lucky Caballia has seven petals. Travel to L7 for two new plants.

Customer 1: Bethany Coleman or Verona Green

Hints:

  • Who visits depends on your Day 10 offering. Either way, you get a locked disc.
  • You opened a locked gate with a plant on Day 2.

Use Clavilium on the disc. Inside is a note about following the Duddon tributary to its source, which is L13, and a riddle listing the five ritual plants used on Day 16.

Mailman: Foxfield Trident

Hints:

  • Put the Bryer’s Disc over Foxfield and find the trident symbol.

The trident points to K8. Travel there for a new plant.

Customer 2: Forest Vair

Hints:

  • Forest wants his usual fix, but Ennis asked you to give him something else.
  • Decide which path you want before you choose.

Embersoul helps Forest. Lesser Merrydock, the plant Ennis left, kills him and keeps the cult endings open.

Customer 3: Milton Forbes

Milton invites you to his antiquities shop. Travel to Arnside at P26 to pick up the recipes for the Elixir of the Damned and St. Quentin’s Elixir.

Customer 4: Faye Swift

Faye leaves you a plant, Lisle of Neptune, and asks you to give it to Simone instead of the Palliance she will ask for tomorrow.
