Day 11, Monday

Ennis Aleford leaves a plant for Forest Vair today. What you do with it on Day 12 decides whether the cult endings stay open.

Locations to visit:

  • E16 (overnight card): a new plant
  • I8, Muncaster Castle: Lord Fremont’s archives and the ritual site at O9

Starting Card

Hints:

  • The two numbers on the card are mountain heights.
  • Line the holes up with Bowfell and the Old Man and look at the X.

With the card in place, the X marks E16. Travel there for a new plant.

Customer 1: George Campbell

Hints:

  • George wants Weeping Belle to find gold.
  • You already know this plant under another name.

Weeping Belle is Goldenlight. Give it to George.

Customer 2: Ennis Aleford

Ennis hands you a plant and asks you to give it to Forest Vair if he comes back. Keep it.

Customer 3: Amos Duncan

Hints:

  • Amos wants Baylock’s Elixir, the recipe Simone gave you on Day 8.
  • The recipe needs three plants. Look for the ones the book links to memory and clear sight.

In the lab, brew Palliance, Eyebright and Prittle together, then give Amos the elixir from your shelf.

Customer 4: Alice Boyd, Edmund Cochran or Mary Holmes

Hints:

  • This visitor can change between playthroughs.
  • Alice wants a sweet-smelling plant with small blue flowers. Mary remembers a mushroom that smells of woodsmoke.

Alice wants Solomon’s Sceptre, Edmund wants Jacob’s Worth and Mary wants Grey Sandfire.

Customer 5: Simone Green

Hints:

  • Simone suggests Lord Fremont’s archives at Muncaster Castle.
  • The document says the ritual must be held south of the Great Oak.

Travel to Muncaster at I8. The Great Oak you saw through the looking glass is at N9, so the ritual site is O9.

Customer 6: John Hall

Hints:

  • John needs to stay awake through his night shifts.
  • If you are stuck, hold the looking glass over the plants on your shelves.
