S.I.P. is the fifth and final level of Episode 2: Soulless Asylum in Postal Brain Damaged. It is a boss level against Big Bad Rona. This page explains how the fight works and where to find the two posters, with screenshots.

Episode 2, Level 5: S.I.P.
S.I.P. has no secrets and 2 posters. Both posters only become reachable after the boss is dead, so the fight comes first.
Starting the Boss Fight
You begin in a room with a red screen on the far side. Walk over to it to find two ammo refill machines, a Portable Armor and a health pipe.
A pink lever sits just below the red screen. Pulling it switches on air vents that lift you up and activates a set of grapple points. Use them, or simply float, to reach the middle of the room. A console there has a glowing button, and pressing it starts the fight.
Vaccine Targets
Big Bad Rona rises from below, and a pool of toxic water rises with it. Start climbing straight away.
During the fight, targets appear on the walls. Shooting one sets a trap that stabs the boss with vaccines as it passes, pinning it in place and exposing its eyes for heavy damage. There is an achievement for winning without using these targets, but they make the fight much shorter.
Boss Attacks
- Tentacle strikes: barbs shoot out of its body and aim at you with good accuracy. They do moderate damage with strong knockback, so keep moving.
- Lil’ Ronnie spawns: while the boss is pinned by a vaccine trap, a few Lil’ Ronnies appear. They chase you, explode and leave a cloud of gas that drains health. Shoot their eyes to kill them fast.
- Rising virus pool: if you fall behind the boss, the pool catches you. It is not instant death, but it eats health and armour quickly.
How to Beat Big Bad Rona
Keep the Super Hooker Shotgun ready. Grapple rings line the whole shaft, and grappling onto them and the boss is how you keep up with it as it rises.
Aim for the eyes. They take far more damage than the body, but an eye pulls back inside after it is hit, so use burst damage on the eyes and save automatic weapons for the body. Shoot the vaccine targets whenever they appear and unload everything on the exposed eyes while the boss is pinned.
Speedrun Achievement Tip
If you want the achievement for finishing a level under its speedrun time, this is a good level to do it on, as there are no puzzles or secrets to slow you down. Stand on top of the boss, walk up to an eye and fire the shotgun point blank. If you fall off, grapple straight back onto the boss and repeat. Triggering the first vaccine switch makes it even faster, and the Double Akimbo powerup with miniguns works well too.

When the boss dies, you drop into the room it spawned from. There is a bed in the middle, but do not use it yet, as it ends the level. Both posters are on the walls around the bed.
