Search for the Cure is the third level of Episode 2: Soulless Asylum in Postal Brain Damaged. This page shows where to find every secret and poster in the level, with a screenshot for each one.

Episode 2, Level 3: Search for the Cure
Search for the Cure has 5 secrets and 4 posters. The first part of the level is quiet; most collectibles come after the bridge collapses.
Secret #1: Crack Pipe
Play on until you finish another Hot Sauce fountain puzzle and reach an area with zombies and grapple rings. When you see the Quick Pillz item, look to its right and try not to fall off the edge, as enemies wait below.
A narrow path leads to an opening in the rock, shown in the second screenshot. If you do fall, a ladder takes you back up. Walk through the opening to find a crack pipe.
Secret #2 / Poster #1: 5G Tower
Further on you cross a bridge that collapses under you and drops you into a river. Fight the current, or swim around it, to reach the waterfall. Walk through the waterfall to unlock the secret and pick up the first poster.
Poster #2: Clown Elemental
Follow the river until you can climb onto land, then head up to the high ground, where many enemies are waiting. Look for a group of enemies and civilians gathered around a roasted pig. The poster is on a wall nearby.
Secret #3: Under the Bridge
Make your way up to the far side of the bridge that collapsed. Drop onto a ledge to the right of the bridge, where you will see a small cave. Crouch to get inside and collect a crack pipe and rocket ammo.
Poster #3: Search for the Cure
Keep going until you reach an Illuminati circle of stones. The level poster is behind one of the pyramid-shaped stones.
Secret #4 / Poster #4: Zeta Reticuli Gray Trash
From the Illuminati circle, take the path on the right. Cut down the tree in your way with the shovel, then grapple and fight through the aliens until you see a UFO.
Grapple onto the UFO and climb onto its roof, where red branches stick out. Walk along the longer branch and slide jump off its end onto a ledge. From there you can see a cave; go in to unlock the secret and collect the poster.
Secret #5: UFO Tunnel
Play through the UFO section and its many aliens. Eventually you crawl through a duct and must drop down to use a grapple. Once you land, turn around and grapple again to reach a hidden ledge. The secret unlocks there with some loot, and the path behind it leads back into the UFO.
