Episode 2, Level 2: Definitions of Insanity
Definitions of Insanity has 4 secrets and 4 posters. The last secret needs the Hot Sauce effect, so drink from the fountain before you take the portal for Secret #3.
Poster #1: Lost Clown
The level starts in the courtyard of the sanitarium. Stairs lead up to a building you cannot enter, and two Lobotomized Creeps ambush you there. Deal with them and look at the wall on the left.
Poster #2: Nurse Joy
Pee on all the circuits, then move into the garden area with branches. Find the red key and flip the lever to open the red door. The area behind it has the poster, guarded by zombies, Lobotomized Creeps and a Farty Pants.
Secret #1: Bat Wall
Next is an area with two grapple rings. Using the blue key and turning on the Hot Sauce fountain starts a fight, so be ready.
After the fight, pee on the Ferris wheel, step into it and press the button to ride up to the rooftops. Go into the middle room on the roof, which has a bat on the wall. Interact with the bat and a small room opens in the wall opposite, holding a Double Akimbo powerup.
Poster #3: Definitions of Insanity
With the yellow key you can open the yellow gate. Two small raptors with machine guns wait across from you and can shred you quickly, so fight them from a distance. Once they are down, turn around to find the poster.
Secret #2: Werewolf Garden
Drop down into the next area. A tuba man guards the wheel that turns on the Hot Sauce fountain. Right next to the wheel there is a gap in the hedges. Walk through it to find a dead werewolf and some ammo.
Secret #3: Ferris Wheel
Go all the way back to the area with the Ferris wheel you used to reach the rooftops. Another Ferris wheel cage there has a button. Press it to switch on a portal and step through for the secret.
Drink from the Hot Sauce fountain before you go through. You need its effect for the last secret.
Secret #4 / Poster #4: Lizard-Dude
With the Hot Sauce still active, return to the rooftops and go back to the drop-off point. Look to the right for a plant that can burn. Pee on it to set it on fire, then slide jump onto the ledge where it stood. The secret unlocks and the poster is there too.
