Area 69 is the fourth level of Episode 2: Soulless Asylum in Postal Brain Damaged. This page shows where to find every secret and poster in the level, with a screenshot for each one.

Episode 2, Level 4: Area 69
Area 69 has 3 secrets and 5 posters. You also pick up the Pu55y Blower early in this level, one of the strongest weapons in the game.
Secret #1: Liquid Nitrogen
You start in a pipe while carts pass by on an electrified rail. Grapple onto a cart and shoot the targets on the left and right to switch off the electric gate.
Fight through the UFO room and pay the piss toll near the elevator, which takes you down to a conveyor belt area. Press the button that starts a belt carrying people above you, but do not grapple onto it yet.
Instead, look down to your left at another conveyor belt and jump down. An opening holds a floating bottle of Liquid Nitrogen. Step into the small box to unlock the secret.
Poster #1: Gray Trash Disguised
Grapple into the duct to pick up the Pu55y Blower. Make your way to a yellow ladder and climb to the next floor. The poster is behind a pipe close to the top of the ladder.
Secret #2: Wash Your Hands
Later you drop into a bathroom where a couple of enemies are waiting for a stall. Kill them and look at the sinks. A rude sign asks you to save water. Ignore it and turn on every sink. The mirror opens once they are all running, with goodies behind it.
Poster #2: Area 69
Next is a row of cells holding enemies. One cell, belonging to someone called Daddy, looks especially sinister. Open it to find a creepy message and the poster on your left. Have your shotgun ready before you turn around.
Poster #3: Tin-Foiled
You reach a large room with a central tube carrying civilians down, surrounded by enemies. Clear the room, collect both yellow wheels and open the door. An elevator takes you up to a room at the top of the tube with a single Illuminati man. The poster is on one of its walls.
Secret #3: Under the Stairs
You are then teleported into a house that will look familiar. Leave the first room and open the closet outside. Pull the pink lever inside and a hidden door opens under the stairs. Crouch through it to grab the loot before you face the enemies upstairs.
Poster #4: Crawler
Fight your way through the house and up into the rafters until you reach a room with two Prison Guards. The poster is next to the door you came in through.
Poster #5: Lil’ Ronnie
Soon you enter a red Illuminati room. Press the button in front of the statue to open an underground passage behind you. Walk down it and the poster is right in front of you.
