Episode 2, Level 1: All Are Mad Here, Dude
All Are Mad Here, Dude has 3 secrets and 6 posters. The last secret sits just before a point of no return, so save before you go for it.
Secret #1: Statue
You start the level without weapons, in a room with enemies and Steroid Pills. Take the steroids and clear the room with your fists.
On the far side stands a large stone statue guarded by the leg creatures. Kill them and walk around the statue. On one side a leg is out of place; interact with it and the back of the statue opens to reveal a Double Akimbo powerup.
Poster #1: The Vaccinated
Pull the levers to open the door and go through. You pick up a new item, Suspicious Moonshine, and the room on the right gives your pistol back.
Go to the door with the shovel behind it, look up and shoot the target. Carry on along the hallway until you reach a blue door. The button that opens it is on the wall to your right. Once through the blue door, the poster is in the room on the left.
Poster #2: All Are Mad Here, Dude
Climb the stairs to meet a new enemy, the Floating Clown Head, along with a group of zombies. The level poster is on a board to your right.
Poster #3: Asylum Victim
The game then sends you down a twisted hallway to fetch the red key. Use it on the red door to reach a room with another new enemy, the Nurse. She takes a lot of damage and can bring other enemies back, so focus on her first. The poster is in this room.
Secret #2: Bookshelf
Clearing the red room activates a set of bed platforms. Jump across them to the other side, where a bookshelf stands on the left.
Walk up to the shelf until you can interact with one of the books. Doing so opens a hidden wall next to the shelf, with an Ammo powerup behind it.
Poster #4: Farty Pants
Further on is a clown room with a large clown door. You need to pull a lever in each of the two side hallways to open it. The poster is in the left hallway, the one with floating beds, just above the door.
Poster #5: Cheer Killer
Next comes a room where Floating Clown Heads keep spawning. Use the launch pads to climb higher. Aim the last launch pad to the right and you will land next to the poster.
Poster #6: Lobotomized Creep
Keep going until the cardboard jump scares start. In the hallway where a cardboard Cage Monster pops out at you, the poster is at the far end. A real Cage Monster waits around the corner on the right, so be ready.
Secret #3: Minigun
After the Cage Monster, you enter a hallway with numbered signs counting down from 5. Stop when you see the sign with the number 2 and save. If you walk too far, the floor drops you past a point of no return.
From here, slide jump onto the white desk on the right. It can take several tries, which is why the save matters. From the desk, jump over to the other side to collect a minigun.
