The Sakura DLC is a free add-on for Leaf it Alone. Six of its achievements unlock on their own as you open new areas. The rest ask for something specific, like spinning every pinwheel, lighting the paper lanterns, or finding the battle cards hidden across the map.

Several of the harder ones depend on the mini tractor, which you buy in the Fountain zone and then upgrade. The last achievement in the list counts your progress across the whole game, not just this map.

How to Unlock All 18 Achievements in the Sakura DLC

Area Unlock Achievements

You will get these during normal play as you open each part of the map. There is nothing extra to do.

  • Indiana Brooms: Unlock the temple area
  • Lightkeeper: Unlock the lanterns area
  • Your time to shrine: Unlock the shrine area
  • Touch the Grass: Unlock the park area
  • Pawsome!: Unlock the dog park area
  • Ancient Acorn: Unlock the old tree area

Spin Me Round

Description: Make all pinwheels spin at once

The pinwheels stand in the very first area, Statues. Equip the leaf blower and aim it at the pinwheels one after another, sweeping the camera up and down across the rack. Speed is what matters here. If you move fast enough, they will all be spinning together and the achievement pops.

Herbivore

Description: Suck up 10,000 leaves with a leaf blower

  1. Open the Hand upgrades and buy the Suction Mode ability.
  2. Equip the leaf blower and switch it to suction mode.
  3. Vacuum up leaves with it until the achievement unlocks.

Description: Buy a mini tractor

Buy the mini tractor. You will find it in the large area, inside the Fountain zone.

Big Fish

Description: Earn $250 in one go

This one is about a single money combo from the mini tractor. Hop on and drive forward without stopping and without hitting anything. If you stop or get stuck, the combo resets and you lose the money built up so far.

  • Plan a clear route before you start.
  • Keep driving and watch the counter in the top right corner. It shows how much money the current run has added.
  • Once the counter goes past +250, the achievement is yours.

Bright Idea

Description: Light all paper lanterns

You need to light every paper lantern on the map. The option to light them only appears after you clear the Lanterns zone.

Lantern locations:

  • Statues zone: 6 lanterns
  • Temple zone: 4 lanterns
  • Lanterns zone: 1 lantern
  • Garden zone: 1 lantern

Drive-by cleaning

Description: Collect leaves when driving at no less than 6 m/s

Buy every tuning level in the Sport Mode upgrades first. It is not strictly required, but it gives you the best chance.

  1. Get on the mini tractor and pick a lane with no obstacles.
  2. Press Shift to turn on Sport Mode and start driving.
  3. Once you have picked up speed, press Shift again. This turns Sport Mode off so the tractor collects leaves again while you are still moving fast.

Pimp My Tractor

Description: Fully upgrade the mini tractor

Max out every upgrade in the Mini Tractor section. It is not confirmed whether the Sport Mode upgrade section also counts toward this achievement.

Bag to Basics

Description: Dispose of leaf bags spread across the park

Leaf bags are scattered around the map. Eleven of them lie in the park itself, and one more is tucked away in the Dog Park zone. Pick up each bag and throw it in the trash to earn the achievement.

Reaching Zen

Description: Clean up all leaves in Sakura

The description says it all. This one comes with story progress, as you clear every leaf on the map.

Gotta Find ’em All

Description: Collect all battle cards

There are 8 battle cards spread across the areas. Here is where each one sits:

Card 1: Garden area, by one of the wooden railings of the fence.

Like a Monk

Description: Complete all objectives in Sakura

This unlocks once every objective in your journal is done. If it pops after you open the door to the old tree area, you have finished the Sakura DLC at 100%.
