Skip the grind and get every Gamble With Your Friends cosmetic by editing your save file.

How to Unlock All Cosmetics

A small edit to your local save file unlocks every cosmetic. It takes a minute or two.

Edit the Save File

1. Close the game. If it’s running, Steam Cloud can overwrite your edited save.
2. Open the save folder. Press Win + R, paste the path below, and press Enter:

Then open the Gamble With Your Friends folder. The full path is: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\LocalLow\TENSTACK\Gamble With Your Friends

3. Open cosmetics_unlocks.json in any text editor.
4. Replace the unlocked list. Find the "unlockedCosmetics" array. Delete everything between its square brackets [ ] and paste this in its place:

5. Save and launch. Press Ctrl + S, then start the game. Every cosmetic should now be available.

The game reformats the file the next time it runs, so don’t worry if it looks messy after your edit.

Why the List Goes Up to 256

When this method was written, the game had 212 cosmetic items. The list runs to 256 so it should still cover items added in later updates.

If the Edit Doesn’t Work

Replace the whole contents of cosmetics_unlocks.json with the file below. This also resets your character’s color and equipped apparel.
