Bedroom

Level 1

  • Energy restore rate +50%
  • Hunger and thirst decrease rate -40%
  • Restore wounds rate +50%
  • Restore HP rate +50%
  • Restore radiation rate +50%

Level 2

  • Energy restore rate +100%
  • Don’t decrease hunger and thirst while sleeping
  • Restore wounds rate +100%
  • Restore HP rate +300%

Forge

Level 1

  • Provide scrap material every day

Level 2

  • Provide scrap material, weapon and armor every day

Level 3

  • Provide scrap material, weapon and armor every day
  • Allows you to scrap items during hunts but you get 50% fewer items
