How to complete Mechanical Momentum quest in The Forever Winter.
Mechanical Momentum Quest Guide
In this mission we need to collect the robot fragments and repair the Europa mech in the hangar.
The mission will take place on the Mech Trenches map, you need to select the Elevator entrance. We will need a RIG capable of carrying THREE large objects. After spawning, go left, then straight down the corridor to a huge broken mech.
UPD: Now one part is enough. Choose any one described in the manual and immediately take it to the mech.
Carefully going around the patrol, look around the mech – the first of three Mech parts should appear. Pick it up in your inventory. (Sometimes the mech itself may NOT spawn, and then the part will simply lie on the ground in a crater).
After that, we continue walking along this corridor without turning anywhere until we reach a turn to the right. Right in front of the railroad tracks there will be a robot arm, and next to it – the second part. Pick it up in your inventory.
Now climb the ladder on the right and follow the only available route to the door leading inside the building.
Open the door and go up the stairs on the left, after which you will exit into the Europan medbay. Here we need to turn left again into the first opening.
Now we appear in a room leading down – we jump down and go to the exit of the building. Having left the room, we again find ourselves on the street, after which we look to the right and see another destroyed mech. Near it lies the third part. We pick it up in the inventory.
Having picked up the part, we turn our backs to the fur and walk along the left (relative to the opening from which we came out) wall. We turn right and continue walking. As an identification mark – a huge hangar door with the inscription 02.
Next, you need to find a recess with pipes and get into the hangar (for detailed instructions, contact Euruska – FLAME OF DISRUPTION). We go down to the mech, approach a small cart near its feet, after which a context menu appears, offering us to throw away the key item. Throw away all three Mech parts (if the context menu does not appear for you, jump your character ON the cart). After successfully extracting all three parts, it’s done, the quest is complete!
