- Sell leftover clothes to the secondhand shop across the street to make extra money.
- Empty boxes from minimart products can also be sold at the secondhand shop.
- Unused items like washers, decorations, and more can be sold to the secondhand shop for additional cash.
- At the beginning of the game, sell unnecessary decorations in your shop to improve your financial start.
- Always iron and fold clothes before returning them to customers to earn extra money.
- Remove animal hairs from clothes before returning them to customers to boost your income.
- Work quickly to minimize customer wait times, allowing for more customers per day and increased revenue.
- Upgrade to better machines early as they operate faster and require fewer repairs.
- Use special washers for costumes and suits to earn more money, but ensure they are placed in the correct washer to avoid delays and damage.
- Upgrade your counter to allow more customers to drop off laundry simultaneously.
- Invest in upgraded tools to complete tasks like cleaning, repairing, and removing animal hairs more efficiently. For example, remove animal hairs while the customer is approaching the counter.

Special Events and Avoiding Money Loss
Special Customers
When notified of a special person, deal with them promptly using your wrench tool:
- Sprayer: Removes your “Open” sign by spraying “Closed” on it. Clean this immediately to allow customers to enter.
- Cougher: Coughs excessively, deterring customers and reducing tips.
- Theft: Steals minimart products. Address this quickly.
- Naughty Guy: Sneaks into your office to destroy your computer. Prevent him from entering.
- Ill Person: Vomits in the bathroom, creating a mess that lowers customer tips. Clean up as soon as possible.
Prevent Operational Issues
- Quickly resolve issues with stuck washers, broken machines, or abandoned clothes, as these prevent other customers from using the equipment.
- Avoid placing dirty clothes baskets in the shelf for cleaned baskets, as this alerts the owner prematurely.
- Repair washers promptly to prevent wet floors. Injured customers do not tip.
Minimart
Build the minimart as early as you can to make extra money.
- Give each product a very own shelf.
- Fill up every shelf every day, before you open your laundry.
- Have 4 boxes of each product as a storage to fill up during the day.
- Check the prices of the products every day and change them to the market prices to avoid non-buying customers.
- You and the customers can kick the boxes by walking against them. Keep empty boxes in your inventory and sell them at the end of the day. Place your storaged boxes near the shelves, but outside the customer paths.
- Your cashier can cash your minimart customers only buy buying his upgrade in the staff menu.
Coin Laundry
Build the coin laundry as early as you can to make easy extra money.
- All you have to do here, is to repair the machines and taking out left clothes. I recommend, to do this as fast as possible, because customers cant use a broken machine or one with left clothes inside. You can sell the left clothes to the secondhand shop across the street.
- Both (broken machine and left clothes) comes with a hint in the upper left corner of your screen. Keep an eye on it.
- Sometimes, a customer get accidentialy stucked in a washer (not a bug). Help him fast to avoid the machine is unusable for other customers.
- It seems, that there is no limit of same time customers in the coin laundry. You could place up to 46 (or maybe more?) of the 729L-washers (its a bit more slim than other washers) and every one of this will be used. But this is not really recommened, because the customers can bugged and stucked here badly.
- You can collect the money of each washer, when you click the coin slots. If you dont do that, the money will be collected automatically each day (Attention: Players reported a bug here, that the auto collect only works once and after that, the money is lost. To get safe: Collect the money by hand!)
- Better machines means lesser repairs and shorter washing times.
Shirt Printing
- Before purchasing ink, check your printer’s specifications (similar to clicking on a screen when designing a shirt). Confirm how much ink your printer can hold to avoid waste. For instance, if your printer’s capacity is 5 units of ink and you buy a cartridge with 10 units, the excess 5 units will be unusable. Always ensure the cartridge matches your printer’s capacity.
